About

It’s what I was waiting for. Asking for. Hoping for.
I was zoche to find my bashert, and feel so blessed to be married.

But as each day unravels with the excitement of tomorrow, I think of those who are still waiting for their happily-ever-afters. You may have heard of Ohel Sarala, a Bonei Olam program that pairs those in shidduchim with couples challenged with infertility. Each pair davens for each other’s yeshuah. I was part of an Ohel Sarala pair, and my couple is still close to my heart. While I waited for my bashert, they waited for their baby. I davened for them and they davened for me.

As I build my bayis neeman, my heart is filled with joy. And when I remember those whose bayis neeman is too spacious, too silent, I know that I cannot forget their pain —

Over the last month, thousands of Ohel Sarala participants joined in saying Nishmas for 40 consecutive days. Which culminates in a few weeks.
For the next two weeks, I am raising funds that will go directly towards my couple’s fertility treatments.

Please help me reach my goal — to help them build a family of their own. And in that zechus, may all who are waiting, see their wait come to an end.
